Admission Process
- Parents seeking admission for their childern are required to complete the registration form attached in the prospectus which is available at the college office on payment.
- Birth Certificate from Nagar Nigam/ Hospital is a must for admission and it should be submitted at the time of admission. For Christian students Baptism Certificate to be submitted
- The classes for every academic year commence during the middle of March.
- Admission will be confirmed only after assessing the performance of the child during the interaction.
- Admission to classes IX and XI will be granted as per the standard procedure, however in case of change of board, the admissions are granted only after the approval of the council/board (CISCE).
- No admission is granted to classes X and XII. The address of the council/ board is available at the school office.
- Minimum age of students seeking admission in the beginners class is three(3) years.
- The following documents are required for admission.
- Date of Birth Certificate from Nagar Nigam / Maternity Hospital / Baptism Certificate.
- Aadhaar Card.
- 2 recent photographs
- Transfer Certificate
- Character Certificate ( class 8 onwards)
- PEN Number.
- In case of any medical issue all supporting documents are required.
- In case of changing the board eligibility form and all the formalities of the board should be completed.
- Admissions to class XI is declared open anually after the board examinations.
- Existing students have to re-enroll themseleves in class XI.
- Based on vacancies fresh admissions are accepted in class XI.
- Students must furnish their Transfer Certificate , Mark Sheet, Pass Certificate, Character Certificate and Migration Certificate of the board.
- Admission to other classes are accepted only when there are vacancies in such classes.. Such students must produce their original Transfer Certificate or Migration Certificate. In case of transfer from other States, Transfer Certificate of inter-state students must be counter signed by the respective inspector of schools of their parent state.
- The date of birth of a student once entered will no be changed.
